Mode of Action:
It acts as IGR, inhibits chitin formation. As a result of chitin deficiency, the insects lose their elasticity & unable to complete the molting process which leads to the death of insects. It acts on the nymphal stages of planthoppers and influences the egg-laying capacity of adults. it controls pests through contact and stomach action. It affects the nervous system of the insect, leads to paralysis, and then death of insects.
